Returns Policy

It’s only human to change your mind now and again. So if you want to return an order you’ve received, and either get a refund or exchange, that’s fine! We just need the items to be in their original condition and returned within 28 days of receipt.

To arrange a return or exchange please email help@okido.com with your full name and order number, as well as the details of what you are returning/exchanging and why.

If you are returning/exchanging a product supplied by one of our third-party partners, the item will need to be returned to them. Again, just email help@okido.com and we can point you in the right direction.
