My 8-year-old had recently commented that she was getting too old for Okido. Receiving the first issue of Kurio was therefore very well timed! She was really excited when it arrived, did the yeti and ice crafts all by herself, and was inspired to draw her own comic strip! :)

Great for small people
I bought a subscription for my 5 year old grandson. He wasn't too interested at first but the second magazine focused on wee and poo and he absolutely loved it and so did his 8 year old brother. A great mag for small people

Age appropriateness..
Kurio subscription for my grandchildren, aged 6 and 7 years of age. Both excited by the content of the 'Robot' edition they received and looking forward to the back ordered first 'Ice edition' during halfterm. Pitched perfectly for their age and the next couple of years but not sure it would engage 10 to 12 year olds quite so readily. Difficult to cater for five years of child devellopment.
